Carl's younger daughter and her husband visited us this weekend and we made a float trip. A float trip, in Texas Hill Country vernacular, is floating the Guadalupe River in an inner tube (it's also known as "toobing").Our trip wasn't so much a float trip as it was an arm paddling, butt bumping, tube pushing/pulling/dragging/carrying trip.
However, a great time was had by all!
